What a pleasure it was to have Ben Ellison, of BJE Built, complete our recent unit renovation. From the vey first meeting he proved easy to communicate with, he listened and responded to our requests, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
He presented us with a detailed, itemised quote and a very specific timeline, and there was no deviation from either during the course of the build. The work was done to budget and completed on time, which is no mean feat.
Ben and his team of tradesmen maintained a very high standard in all aspects of the renovation. We were thrilled with their thorough professionalism and the quality of the final result. It is now a beautiful space to call home!
Renovating one unit within a block of units presents many challenges for the other tenants. The feedback we had from everyone was that Ben and his team were helpful, polite and considerate throughout the ten weeks on site.
